Cancellation and Refund Policy - Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 20% cancellation fee. - No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time are non-refundable. 3. Changes to Reservations If you need to reschedule your experience, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute changes. 4. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and no refunds will be given.
